We have a 7-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, pack not opened or unused, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and when the package will be collected from your given address.
Once the product has been evaluated for it’s eligibility for return, we will issue a store credit that you can use to order a replacement item or you can use it on your next purchase. The credit will be valid for 3 months after issue.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, either make a new purchase for the new item or use the store credit issued to you.
You do not have a right to return, replace or exchange products if:
1) Products that have been used or damaged by you or are not in the same condition as you received them.
2) Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
3) Items on sale.
4) Items that are not in original condition and packaging.
5) Orders shipped to international destinations outside UAE.
